Ht. 5'11, Wt. 200 - what kind of excirsizes can i do on a workout bench and any of them burn calories???

All excercises burn calories. And with a bench you can do a lot, especially if it's one of those ones that can fold to an incline, regular, decline, and a "chair" type of bench. You can do a lot with barbell's or dumbells, and you can also do situps if it has declining capabilites.
