Ht. 5'6, Wt. 146 - Hey people. This post applies TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!! I know that christmas is a major time that we all want to lose weight for. All the parties and gorgeous clothes in the sale. Well i have a proposition for you all! Right now i have lost ten pounds in four weeks. I did this by sticking to the same diet and getting half an hour exercise three times a week. We have got roughly five weeks until christmas! That means you could lose roughly ten pounds. I am starting a christmas challenge. The plan is we can all tell each other our starting weight, goal weight and how much weight we are losing and share success tips etc then christmas eve we can all have a big weigh in and see how far we have all come. Anyways, i am 5'5.5" and weigh 160.5 as of this morning. I would like to lose 5-10 pounds by Christmas, so far I have lost 24.5 since the beginning of April. Long and slow, i know.
