Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey again everyone! I'm so happy! I just posted like an hour and a half ago after I had just eaten dinner and I said I was going to go on the XL - Glider for 30 min tonight. Well I doubled that and went on it for 60 min and burnt 605 calories!!! I'm so proud of myself I just kept going and didn't stop then I notice I was like WHOA! :) Well good luck everyone!
