Ht. 5ft and 1/2 in, Wt. 149 - today i ate, bacon, and toasted english muffin, water, a small slice of pepperoni pizza, chocolate milk, and tunna melt [ 6inches] chips, grape ginger ale- i did better than i usually do NO SNACKS!yay me!!!but how can i inprove I NEED FEED BACK!

eat more. and healthier. ur cals will be lower. and the fat. u knwo this. if u figure out how to pass up junk though, which is what we alll need to do.. let me know :P

next time to to skip the chips and chocolate milk... then count your cals one day and see if you are over eating.. and if so.. by how much. There is a place on this site somewhere where it says how many calories you need to have per day..
