Ht. 5'2, Wt. 155 - hey everyone I really need help. I weigh 155 and am 5"2. I really feel unhealthy. I want to lose atleast 30lbs.I try to eat healthy but everyone in my house eats junk food. If anyone can give my any ideas that would help me(work outs, healthy recipes, or good websites) pls let me know. thanks

thats the same poblem i have. the best thing thAT I can tell you is try to get more healthy alternatives to eat instead of eating thejunk food they eat like if you reallly like chips like i do you should try to eat pretzels ad 1oz of cheese, or if you like soda alot drink alot of water but when you are really craving soda drink sprite zero or coca-cola zero they help for the hard times. or do what I did get youre mom to take you to the doctors and if you are really overweight he will convince youre parents and tell him you're situation he will help the food part but you have to do the rest as far as eating right, suggest healthy foods. do whatever you can to limit fattening foods. or just use portion control u can lose weight like that too good luck

hey taylor.. I have the same problem.. everyone around me eats junk and its really hard not to when they are. But I dont have much advice to give you I run for 10 minutes everyday and increase it every other day by 2 more minutes. I also do yoga, it helps the mind and makes ya fit.. if you figure out how the problem with other people eatin junk food or whatever at your house tell me ^_^. Have a good one,
