Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - Should I take a day off every week when exercising? My goal to losing fat is mainly based on exercise, but would I be overdoing it if I don't take a day off?

It depends what your exercise is. For example, there's nothing wrong with walking everyday. That's actually good to do. But if you do intense running, then it is ok to take a day off.

That's already what I do.I never do anything 2 days in a row.I meant like just give an entire day to let my whole body rest.

Taking days off is good to give your muscles time to heal. If they don't heal and you work out more, then they can't grow. You can try using different parts of your body on different days so the other ones have time to heal. Usually your body will tell you if you're overdoing it (if you feel pain or soreness etc..)
