Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200-150Goal - Hey all.. not a surpise I'm doing horrible! lol its not the food its the lack of exersize... I dont have time or I just dont or I dont know! lol I hate sit ups I get a headache when I do them.. I cant use the treadmill because my little sister thinks she has to help and shes 2... I was into yoga for awhile but now I cant find time.. Hopefully I can get down to my goal before next year.. that would be awesome.. I'm going to start trying again.. Anyone have a routine we can share? Thanks for your imput

try getting a big excersise ball to do situps on.. its sooo much eaiser and it doesn't hurt your neck or back you can also do a ton of other exserises on it as well.
