Ht. 5.2, Wt. Not sure right now - Last night I did half an hour's exercise on this bike machine, and it told me I'd burned off 70 calories. I went downstairs and ate a cookie, and then when I looked at the side of the packet, ONE COOKIE was 76 calories!!
Half an hour's excersise ruined by one cookie. It's insane.

I doubt that number is accurate. None are, it depends on body composition, and all that crap. But just to give you an idea, when I go on the bike for 15 min, I supposedly burn about 150 calories. Just think, if you didn't do that exercise, and you ate that cookie, you'd be even worse off.

I'm sure a half hour of exersize burns more then 70 calories.
Also, exersize has more benefits then burning calories. For example, when you stop exersizing you'll still burn more calories then if you didn't at all because your body burns more.
