Ht. 5"3, Wt. ! - Hi. For anyone who studies a lot, I find that I get bored and snack a lot during studying and because I get stressed. What I do now is jumping jacks everytime I take a break. I also tape recorded some classes so I can study and jog at the same time! Another thing, don't stress about what you eat. There's no such thing as good or bad food, it's good or bad diet all together.

one of the best advice posts ever. good job. honestly most people here need to watch portions more than what they eat. so yeah great job.
