Ht. 5'3", Wt. Start: 218 Now:207.5 - Today I ate a beef and bean burrito and mexican rice(both taco bell) for lunch 670 cals, 1/2 a bag of a mini bag of popcorn about 120 cals, a glass of 2% milk 130 cals, a really small piece of baked chicken with some bbq sauce 150 cals, and mashed potato's with gravy about 120 cals. So it is somewhere around 1000 calories today, but I didn't work out, though I might do something later. How did I do?

I completely agree with Johnny. People here seem to think calories are the only thing that matter, but it's not!!! You can eat a candy bar, with 500 calories, and vegetables with 500 calories. Are they both going to have the same effect on your weight? NO!!!! I'm not trying to pick on you, Shekina, a lot of people on here seem to think that.

you did well. u might loose weight. but if u dont change old habits u might not keep it off. u gotta give up the taco bell or limit it to like once a week. its worth it trust me. :) if u want it bad enough. good luck hun

you guys know its not only about calories, lots of stuff may have lower calories but be high in trans fats and other fats, sugars which is not good.
seems ok, but I wouldnt eat taco bell more then once a month that stuff is no good.
