Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 145 - Hey guys, I just want to share what has been working for me.
It has been easier for me not to overeat ever since school started. Over the summer, all I had time to do was eat lol. I do homework, instead of pig out. I just occupy myself with other things. I don't worry about food (unless, of course Im hungry). It helps alot if you just don't base your life around food. I don't exersize daily but I do sometimes, whenever I get the chance. I don't know, but I don't think that I have gained anything. I will play a sport, but the try outs for it are far away from now. If you get into a sport, its so awesome. You have fun and work out. Duh, im sure you hear that all the time, but I'm just saying that its true.
I don't know if this will help anyone, but, maybe it will.

I agree with you, to lose weight you have to admit you have a food obession and have to handle your cravings. I know why I became overweight because I did no exercise really and I loved to eat good tasting food. Not only that when it came to lunch or dinner I always be like what yummy food am I going to get today and it always ended up being some junk like burgers, tacos, pizza.
I now have not had any fast food for 1 month, no soda, no snacks except maybe a oatmeal barry bar sometimes. I have not weighed myself for a month since i started my exercise but I know i already lost some weight because I can tell from some of the fat I lost on my body.
Anyway good luck everyone, remember if your craving a burger, taco, pizza just say no and think about all the hard exercise your doing and that you dont want to waste it on 1 enjoyment meal.
