Ht. 5'5, Wt. 186 - hey, I'm Lana, and I've already lost 31 pounds since I started working out in March. I am hoping to lose at lease 35 more pounds, but am not sure what a good weight for my height would be. Can anyone tell me?

you oculd eventually be 120 and be healthy. id aim for ilke 130-140 though. and just see how you look /feel cuz everyone is built differently. goodluck!

that is so wonderful that you have been working hard and losing weight. Hmm, so you are 15. I think that maybe a good weight for you would be between 130-150 pounds. I'm no expert though
