Ht. 5'1, Wt. 172 - Well.... today I walked like 26 blocks I think and I jumped on the trampoline for 20 minutes I ate toooooooo much pizza and I ate a packet of top ramen two long laffy taffy thingys 1 cup of coke and...thatz all I found an exercise channel on the TV and I'm going to do 30-60 minz of that everynight...I think I did really badly...How did I do ?

one of the keys to losing the pounds is KEEPING THE BAD FOOD OUT OF YOUR HOUSE!!!! i mean, i thot i was having a FABULOUS week, i did 2 hours of kickboxing, and then i went to my friends house and ate just a few snacks and i gained 1.6 pounds! u REALLY need to b careful about wut u eat!

you shouldnt eat all that in one day. pic maybe one of those every other day. i know its hard, but treat yourself ONCE IN A WHILE... not every day
