Ht. 5'1, Wt. 172 - So far today I havent ate anything but I went for a walk about 13-14 blocks total and I had 1 litter moutain dew.... I'm going to do good today I hope and itz like 10:15 so I'm going to eat something and I'm going to try laying off pop and candy and junk food...etc *~Montana~*

lay off pop i did and i just feel sooo much better with out it its been 2 months without pop
