Ht. 5'6, Wt. 224 - Whats good ya'll Im tryna lose about 40 pounds to 50 by dec do ya'll think its possible with my plan look: For breakfast I have cereal(cheerios with skim milk,half banana,1/4 some type of healthy bagel besides made with flour, lunch baked chicken without skin, salad. dinner tuna salad or chicken salad with broccoli.
then throught the day i have two snacks morning and afternoon. one is toothpick pretzels and some cheese. and the other low-fat plain yogurt,coulple cucumber slices and a peach.all responses are ok

Your diet plan sounds very good and healthy. I dont knwo if you will be able to lose 50 pounds by december, maybe 30-40. Remember to exercize! Good Luck!

It depends, if you are drinking small bottles of water, then 14 is OK, but still a little too many, you probably need only 10 of those. But if they are like Disani or Aquifina, then at the most you would need 5 or 6. The reason why you shouldn't drink too much water is because it can really mess up your body
