Ht. 5'11'', Wt. 200 - Does anyone hav tip on how to strengthen will power when you can't avoid food, cuz as far as health goes my school is awful. We hav a cart of cookies and candy that gets pushed down the halls between periods and the cafeteria has 3 kinds of pizza, burgers, normal and curly fries, and onion rings everyday. I don't have time to make my lunck so once i get to school, firmly intending to buy a turkey wrap, I end up with 4 cookies and 2 diet cokes. I've tried picturing my self thin and all that stuff and yea... didn't work to well. Plez help...

pack yourself a lunch the night before .. and i no the temptations at school are hard, so if you let yourself get one little thing a day, it mighgt be easier.
