Ht. 5'4", Wt. rather not say - Okay, this is what I had today. For breakfast I had two sticks of string cheese (to get my dairy in). For Lunch I had 1 slice of pepperoni pizza. For an afternoon snack I had 1 very small can of diced peaches. For dinner I had rice with bits of mushroom and chicken in it. I also had two slices of 12 grain bread, with vegetable oil spread. How was that? Remember, I'm not NECESSARILY trying to lose weight, just maintain it.

It sounds ok as long as you dont eat pizza everyday.

thats pretty good except for the pizza, even if ur not trying to lose weight, pizza aint good for u
