I think if you are wanting to loose alot of weight then you are doing it all wrong. What helps you to loose weight is cutting back on all starches. That means no Bread, pastas.... you can still enjoy all of your meals by excluding that ingrediant. Example:2 eggs with a piece of friut for breakfast, Salad with chicken and maybe a yogurt for lunch and then just a very health dinner. Also try to have very small meals so then you can eat more often and then you tend to snack less often. (im not telling you to eat no starch im just saying dont eat any for about 1 week and then slowly go back on it. but still only have a little ebcuase that is wahat causes people to get fat. try to eat all whole wheat. Also haev wraps instead of Bread) Let me know if this works for you.

No, you should really eat bread..never exclude it from youre diet, it leaves u feeling deprived. But stick to the rule of only whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta. Its the only thing that keeps you full. You are supposed to have about 60% of ur daily diet from whole grains...about 30% from fruits and vegetables and 10% from meat. DONT EXCLUDE BREAD! because you cant avoid it forever so right when you start eating it again you'll put the weight back on
