Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - Gage since as you said your skinny and you know what to eat and what not to eat what is it cuz i want to know so i can lose my fat (and im guessing everybody else would like to know what to eat and what not to eat too) thanks

Also, you should eat more than 1000 calories. If you don't your body may go into starvation mode, and store all the fat that it does come across.

actually, you should eat a lot in the morning because its supposed to be youre biggest meal of the day, which means you eat less later in the day. I ate like a cup of cereal with skim milk for breakfast everyday and thats part of how i lose my weight

sorry, but you have to eat breakfast. this get your metabolism going sooner and you lose weight quicker and faster. it also gets you going in the morning and wakes you up. dont eat alot for breakfast, maybe oatmeal or an apple.
