Ht. 5'5, Wt. !!!!!!! - ok today for breakfast i ate a bowl of cereal with skim milk lunch i had a microwavable meal 230 cals
then i had starbursts ..but only like 5 then i had an apple sauce cup thingy... which was unsweetened so it was just like a smushed apple, then for dinner i had a protein bar ..and at work some guy gave me some gummi bears and a cookie...so yeah ..... i think i had about 1300 cals or maybe 1200...im going to try and just have 1200 tomorrow with no junk like cookies and candy...other then that i think i did ok? also i ran 2-3miles today..and i did muscle training.. do yall think i can lose weight if i continue to improve my eating and exercise? well please tell me if you have any suggestions

mmm smoosshed apple.. yumm =(.. haha just kidding, yeah it sounds like you did good,especially with the excerisce and stuff.. maybe a little bit less junk food next time, like if your gonna have the cookie and gummy bears, dont have the starburst kind of thing..
