HI im 14 and im going through the same thing,! dont worry we are all in the same book ,, think how great it will be to be thin and healthy , find clothes that fit and just feel better about yourself! start small, but cut junkfood and treat yourself 1c a week 4r motivatin , excersise half an hour each day ,, dance ,walk ,anything ,, stay away from t.v snack on vegies and fruits and youll be great

ok since you have been overweight all your life means your going to have a hard time getting on track but after you have a good routine you will do FINE! first rememeber!!! since you have had this weight and eating habbits for a long time its gonna take a while for it to come of so dont get discouraged! figure out how many calories you are eating and reduce it by 100 a week until you get between 1200-1500 also before you eat anything make sure it has more protein then fat for instance in skim milk there is no fat and 11 grams of protien thats great! but it doesnt mean you should have any fat just make sure you have more protein, drink a lot of water, eat veggies and fruits experiment with different kinds, substitute a meal or snack with a protein bar or nutrition bar of some sort also for exercise try running i love it ...well its jogging with the last thirty seconds sprint but yeah try five minutes at a reasonable pace and add ten seconds every other day..also do ab workouts like crunches, pushups and arm exercises, and squats and other leg exercises..i hope this helps and if you have any questions just ask!
