Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 - Hey you guys..I hope all your weight loss is doing good. I have a question. I have a stationary bike in my house. And I do about 30 minutes on there when I can and the other times i do my workout tape by denise austin called blast away 10 pounds, that consists of kickboxing and it helps you shed 10 pounds in a month with the right diet and exercise. And I was thinking of buying more workout tapes but when I get the money I want to invest in a PS2 and dance dance revolution. So should I buy more tapes or wait until I can afford dance dance revolution? And is there anything else I can add to my daily workout or keep it the same? Replys are appreciated.

u don't really need tapes, u can just run.

You can do both, like, go to good will or something and get cheap workout videos AND save up for dance dance revolution....just an idea..
