Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Does anyone eat Kashi cereal? the " Go Lean" crunch or something cuz i just got a big box of it cuz i heard its good but i dont know. Its supposed to keep you full for longer or something..?

omg i eat it its reallllllly good and keeps you full for a long time and its really good for you, as long as you stick to the 1 cup serving size.. yumm

i dunno about kashi cos i live in england but weetabix feels me up untill lunch and its really nice with low cal sugar!
