Ht. 5'6, Wt. 184 - OK i seriously need some help ive tried like everything and i dont know how to stick to it i really want to get into shape for softball but i dont kno what to do if i cant loode any weight i really want to get down to 135 140 lbs. Any advice?

Exercise every day atleast 30 minutes and when you get the stamina try to make it 1 hour a day. best exercise to lose weight from my understanding is cardio, so either use a treadmill or go biking or walking outside. Eat healthy of course, breakfast just have cereal, whole wheat toast, for lunch try to keep it simple, some fruit, maybe a sandiwich on whole wheat bread no mayo or sauces. Dinner well depends on what your family cooks but try cutting the portions down, if you eat 2 chicken pieces have 1 and if you get hungry after eat a bannana or somthing. Dont drink any sodas anymore, just drink 100% pure orange juice, apple juice and lots of water.
You will take time to get used to it but you will eventually, I used to have pancakes every morning on the weekends and somtimes waffles and bacon, but I have more self control now and told my mom never make me that again. You gotta give up the foods you crave and you will feel better in the end.
