Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - i did terribly bad today. all i did was eat junk food. does anyone know how to burn all of that off?

Use a treadmill for 1 hour a day, its real good and I think is the best exercise for anyone trying to lose weight. You should push yourself on the treadmill also, dont push so much that you cant breath but enough that you cant really talk normally to a person beside you because your tired.
