Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 225 - My mom wants me to start eating more vegetables and fruits. I don't like vegetables that much so what should I do?

Just start eating them, even if you don't like them. Soon, your taste buds will adapt.

well find veggies you do like. there are tons out there. try salad with all different kinds of low fat or no fat dressing.. carrots with low fat dip, celery and peanut butter.. yumm

My mom makes brocolli and some green peas but its in the steam or somthing and its real good. What she does is boil them both in water, she adds the brocolli in late and only for a little or it will break or somthing. Then after shes done that, she has a pan with garlic in it, she then stir fries the brocoli and green peas in there and ads a little olive oil for taste. Its real good and much better then raw vegetables.
