Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - I'm So HAPPY i have lost 10 pounds in like 5-7 days and all i did was eat a little less and ran up and down my stairs like 10 times 2 times this week and that was it and now im gonna add in push ups and maybe those bicycle crunch things and i didnt think 10 pounds was that much but once you lose it its really motivating in fact right after i weighed my self i ran up and down the stairs and did push ups lol and ive drank some more water than usual this week and ive cut down on pop and milk its flippin awesome so now im down to 139 or 138 or something around there so only 38-39 pounds left to lose and ive reached one of my possible goals cuz if i can i want to get into the 90's cuz my older sister is in the 90's and i dont tell her this but shes my motivation sort of lol well ive wasted enough of your time so i will get going but just so you know just cut down on your food you dont have to cut down all that much just some and drink more water and less milk and pop and run either up and down the stairs or around your yard and you should lose weight:D:D

there is 16 but the top three curve to the left so there are 13 straight up steps so sometimes ill do thirteen and sometimes ill do all of the 16 it depends on the way i feel like running for that day lol
