Ht. 5'4", Wt. 149 - Hi Guys! My homecoming dance is on october 8th. I would like to lose some weight before then, to look great in my form fitting dress. Does anyone have anything that I could do to lose the weight, in the time given?

How do you know she's actually fat cuz i know some people that weigh a lot but they dont really show it at all and there not that tall. so i suggest that you grow up or stop coming to this site cuz thats just pathetic and im sorry that nobody here wants to hear what you have to say if it is negative crap

You can probably lose around 4-6 pounds if you try really hard and are totally commited. Just eat less and workout about 30 minutes a day. If you want to get in shape, working out is more effective than just eating less, but if you do both, you will have really good results. Good luck and have fun at homecoming!

mines october 15th!! im so excited.. you could only lose about 2 lbs, but i suggest drinking TONS of water, and eating lots of fruit and veggies.. that will help because youll lose all water weight and youll look skinnier and have a flatter stomach. make sure you still get 1200 cals a day though !
