Ht. 5'11'', Wt. 200 - Hi people, i was on google looking for info on a teen obestiy report for health and this link popped up so... here I am. I've tried losing weight on and off in the past, but I've just never been motivated enough. Being active was never my problem, I play year round volleyball with three hour practices every day, but now my coach is on my case to lose weight. Any sugjestions as to how I can motivat myself??? thankx

i wrote NO on the back of my hand so every time i reached in the cupboard i would be reminded of my diet. try it, it works!!!

sice ur active than ur prob. is food. everytime you reach out to snack , eat chips, remind yourself how nice it will be to be thin an health , ,if you crave sweets eat lots of vegetables and one fruit a day , ,eat 3 light meals and 2 snacks , gd luck
