Ht. 5'6, Wt. 190 goal 130 - I'm sort of confused. i want to be skinny. but im afraid of how im going to look.i like my look now. but i had a dream of me beingskinny and it wasn't a pretty site.has anyone else thought about there looks when they loswe weight

I am hoping that since I am older now, my figure has evened out a little, which I think it has. You will look better if you lose weight I am sure, even if your general shape doesn't change.
