Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - Would you burn a lot of calories if you did push ups for 10 minutes, sit ups for 10 minutes, jumping jacks for 15, and running for 40?

well, sit ups, push ups, will just u muscular. u should do cardio(running, sports)

Well situps are pointless.. for losing weight at least.. The rest would be terrific for losing weight.. if ya eat good
