Ht. 171cm, Wt. 229 - can u loose 13 ibs it two weeks if u work out 4r an hour everyday and no junk food , and 3 light meals + lots of ice cold water! ?? can u ,, ive been doing that 4r 3 days

actually eat 5-6 times a day, small, fist sized meals, every 3 hours.

Yeah I think it's possible. I've been doing something really simmilar, only I've been eating 4 small meals a day and working out a half an hour everyday(I started last Wednesday). Yesterday and Friday I had a break from my diet (but still worked out) and I wound up maintaining my weight. But in those three days I lost 2.5 pounds, and you are planning on eating less than me and working out more, so you should be able to lose 13 pounds in two weeks as long as you stay totally committed.
