Ht. 5'3", Wt. Start:218 Now:207.5 - I have so much trouble with dieting on the weekends. My family always goes out to eat on Friday night and Sunday lunch and usually Sunday dinner. And today we went to chinese buffet, and my mom got wendy's for supper and I had a big bacon clasic (no fries), and my sister had made brownies, and I had two really small ones!!!!! I only ate around 1700 calories today, so technically I should lose weight, but I know I won't. What can I do about eating on the weekends?!?!?

tell your mom to maybe get subway or salad instead.

Hey there! My suggestion for weight loss is going vegetarian and eating lots of soy and tofu and not a lot of dairy products.
