Ht. 5'5, Wt. !!!!!!! - hey every one i lost two pounds last week which is great and everything but i still have thirteen to go before i reach my goal. so this week i get a week off from school and im gonna try really hard to lose this weight im gonna run twich a day about two miles each time (im also trying to do that while im at school, but im trying to get in the habbit now while i have time) and im going to work on my muscle training and stuff like that... also im gonna do a diet of eating a yogurt and a piece of fruit in the morning and then eat a smallish sandwhich at lunch with veggies in it ..also i found a great replacement for butter or mayo on a sandwhich mustard..it has 10 cals in and doesnt taste all that bad.. and then ill have snacks of fruit and stuff like that and then for dinner ill have a small portion of whatever my parents make does this sound good and do yall think i can lose about five pounds this week?

Well it's hard to say, not knowing how much you weigh. I'm not sure if you could lose 5 pounds in a week, but deffinitely at least 3 by doing that, maybe 5. It also depends on if you are going to be eating alot less than you have been. But I say an easy 3 pounds!
