Ht. ??, Wt. 270 lb - Hello everyone!My name is Kelly i am 15.I want to loose weight really bad. Every diet I have ever went on has failed.I want to loose weight because it is not healthy for me. I went on a diet9/8/05. I weigh 270lbs. I am going to keep you posted every two moths on my weight loss. My goal weight is 150-170lbs. I really want to look good for next summer!!!!!!!!!!!

hey. i have some tips and pointers that hopefully will help you:
Always, always, always, eat breatfast. If you eat in the morning, your metabolism starts working earlier, causing you to burn more fat and lose weight faster. Breakfast should be about 200 calories. maybe a bowl of oatmeal with an apple and skim milk.
Lunch should be about 400 calories. chicken, turkey, or tuna for meat, pretzels, carrots, celery, apples, peaches, grapes, amd skim milk or water.
Dinner should be about 500 calories. eat what you want but stick to portion sizes.
Snack: 300 calories.
Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day and walk for 30 minutes, and jog for 20. (remember to stretch beforehand) Hope i helped! -Bethany
