Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 - I feel embarrased writing this,but I have not been doing well on my diet,I keep saying ill do better tommorow,and I don't.I haven't gained any weight but I have lost 2 pounds,I guess its the stairs at my school.But I have made myself a promise,I am going to start eating healthy and exercising every morning and night.I need to lose 90 pounds at the most hopefully 100..i've been eating greasy foods and candy.I don't eat the lunches at school because its just grease served basically,but I pig out when I get home.Maybe the calorie intake isnt as much as I think but I feel stuffed when i'm done.I'll get back on the right track very soon.Everyone else good luck and if anyone has tips for me REPLY please :)

jennifer, dont be embarrased! it is hard to do these things by urself!!! i know i used to weight almost 300 pounds! the stairs at school will defenetly help you, BUT you have to eat healthy foods,eat a healthy breakfast. at lunch time take some salteen crackers with you to school to eat at lunch, they fill you up fast but are not fatning!!! eat an early dinner!!! so your body has time to digest your food., if at any time during the day you feel hungry after you have already eatin, drink an 8 oz glass of water very fast to fill up your stomach!! so you dont need food. cut out ALL the soda and ALL the junk food for 1 month and see how that helps you!!! good luck, if you need more advise you can e-mail me at :krazzy_kidd420_123@hotmail.com.....bye

Anyways I thought about your post and you might want to try walking at a fast past for about 40-60 minutes a day. it used to really help me and im going to start it up again. also try eating healthier

Ever since school started I lost 3 pounds and that was a few weeks ago! I seen on tv that they were advertizing that a lot of people lose weight if you eat 3 meals that are all dairy a day. Do you guys think thats true? If not can you guys give me suggestions of diets and exersizes that I could do daily? I'm starting track on monday so im sure that will help a lot. Right now im 155 and 5'4 and i want to get down to 120 within 3 months
