Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - When people say eat cereal in the morning, it helps boost your metabolism does it mean any kind of ceral or a certain kind?

Eating anything in the morning will boost your metabolism. The good ones are the special K, raisen bran is ok, I think...umm can't really think of any other particulars, but usually the plain, flaky cereals are good (not including sugar flakes).

sugar cereals of all kinds are bad, look for ones that say low in sugar. honey bunches of oats isnt the best kind it has A LOT OF SUGAR

Most kinds of cereal are good for you especially hot cereal. The only bad cereals I can think of is Froot Loops and Cinamon Toast Crunch. The best cereal is Honey Bunches of oats. Hope this helped.
