Ht. 5'4", Wt. now: 199 , goal: 165 - I have not lost anything in the past 2 weeks. i have been trying, not REALLY HARD, but ive been eating and eversising good, and nothing has been happening. should i limit my self to like 1500 calories instead of 2000 and walk 3 miles instead of 2? i dont know what to do! please help! thanks -B

ok well, maybe you just reached a slump. that happens, maybe you need to take it up a notch like do more exersizing and stuff. good luck!!! let me know how it goes

did you just start your diet? because right at first you lose a lot of weight, and then you slow down a little. dont panick!! no matter whatr that is the worste thing you can possibly do.
