Ht. 5'11, Wt. 190 - I know this might sound bad but im not anorexic or anything. I dont eat breakfast and on weekdays i dont eat lunch cuz i dont like eating at my school but when i get home i eat normally plus my lunch i was supposed to have at school. Is this really bad will i gain weight? i do alot of walking now like say 2 miles more than usual

yeah, you'll lose muscle, and your body will keep holding onto your fat...try to eat small, fist-size meals every 3 hours.

you should deffinetley eat breakfast ... it most certaintly is the most important meal of the day ..its a fact that eating breakfast positiveley cereal helps you stay skinny ... and i dont eat lunch at school either but thats because the lines are wayyy too long .. its gay
