Ht. 5'3", Wt. 210 - Today I had: raspberry yogurt; a ham sandwich with wheat bread, american cheese, and mustard; grapes; baby carrots with a little ranch sauce. For supper my family is having seasoned, baked chicken, mashed potato's, and some type of veggie. I ate all that stuff and divided it into 4-5 snacks. Also, me and my lil sis went for a 15 minute walk, and worked out for 10 minutes this morning, so I got 25 minutes of exercise. How did I do????? And could I have some tips on good snacks, I know fruits and vegetables, but what else?????

100 calorie packs, baked ritz chips, no sugar hot cocao, no sugar icecream b ars(only 80 cals!) low fat popcorn, blue bunny 85 yogurt, no sugar hot cocoa, special k bars ....

i think you did really good today. some snacks i eat are pretzels, granola bars, bagels, and reduced fat oreos. good luck!
