Ht. 5'6, Wt. 155 G:140 - hey guys! i hope everythings working out for all of you. there have been many posts that are alike throughout this board and when people say they lost weight we all want to know how and how long it took. .. soo, can anyone who has lost weight post how much, how. and how long. in this post. it can be a giant inspirational post! thanks guys. and hope it works.

o and here WAS mine. lol. i ate only when i was hungry. never starved, but it was soo hard. i lost 5 pounds the first wee. i ran like 30 minutes a day. but i gained it all back. why? cuz it was a adiet and i didnt change my actual bad habits. this was a typical day of the diet.
br> o bowl bran flakes with raisins and 2 % milk. a peach
lunch> 2 scrambled eggs and toast with tomato salad
dinner> soup and salad.
whenever i was hungry id have apples or fruit. that was probly like 2/3 times a day. so like 3 apples. this totally failed when junk was reintroduced. i should have let myself have it but not alot. what happened was id have like one piece of cake right. then id be like oo i failed that was too good look what im missing. id eat ALOT . then id be mad and say why botehr. soo guys. stick to a diet if u can. if u want junk, have a bit. the weight loss game is all about willpower and portion control . i hope u guys have more success than me. ! btw. i gained it back .. :(. ill try again soon though

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - hey everyone...wen i first started posting on this site i was 170 well around there, and im 5'8...well i hadnt weighed myself in a really long time but i was eating really healthy and getting in exercise wherever possible. I went back to skool the other day and everyone was like OMG UVE LOST SO MUCH WEIGHT! I knew i had lost weight but i didnt really know how much so i told my mom to get a scale and i weighed myself and im now 135 pounds! i could barely believe it..the underweight limit for 5'8 is 125 so im at a good weight right now i think. Im just here to say to everyone that u cant give up ur diet, just keep going..there were such hard times for me and i binged sometimes but then got right on track the next time..u guys can all do it just be patient! It took me about 5 months and i know u guys can do it too. I know this is really bad but i only ate a 1000 calorie diet everyday(of really healthy food like vegetables, fruit and whole wheat bread)..some of you may say thats too low but thats the only thing that worked for me, but its different for everyone. GOOD LUCK! I KNOW U GUYS CAN DO IT!
