Ht. 5'5", Wt. 182 - I LOVE junk food. Everytime I try to start a diet I go good untill after school and then I eat something bad and then I just blow the whole diet and eat and eat and eat. I hate it. Got any advice for getting started on a diet and following through with it? Please help. Thanks.

Try to find something to do after school. I talked to one of my teachers, who i really liked, and she let me stay after school with her for an hour or so, just hanging out, or sometimes she'd give me some papers to grade or something. Anyway, try to avoid going home right after school, so you are busy and you won't think about eating junk. Or try eating something healthy instead, or at least low calorie, for example the 100 calorie packs from nabisco. But, you just have to use self control not to go overboard.

motivation think of all the butt whole like people that said you cant do it and hopfully that will give you enough motivation to prove them wrong and make them eat there own words that way the next time that the people who said that you would never lose weight see you thell be shocked I myself am in the middle of proven someone wrong of what they said anyway good luck and try and stick it out
