Ht. 5'4", Wt. 200 - goal: 155-165 - Here is by diet and exercise plan i have been doing for about 2 months. i cut my portion sizes in half, and i dont eat candy, pop, fried food, or very much bread. I eat more fruits and veggies, and drink lots of water. every morning i walk 1/2 mile, and after school i walk, jog, run, walk, jog, run, etc. for about an hour while i listen to music on my cd player. so from doing that the last two months, so far i have lost approx. 14 pounds. Is that good? How much do you think i can lose by Christmas? Please reply with your advice and tips. thanks and good luck!

yeah 14 pounds for 2 months is very good..it means ur losing almost 2 pounds a week which is a healthy weight loss. Any more than 2 pounds a week means you are losing muscle not fat...by christmas you could probably lose another 30 pounds if you keep doing wat ur doing. Good luck!
