i like special k bars there only 90 cals. and if you have a health food store by you you can buy Vans waffles. theyre whole grain and really yummy. and one is like 90 cals. and two is like 180.

oatmeal with skim milk and maybe a LITTLE sugar or cinnamonn, an apple, a glass of water, maybe a granola bar. good luck!

Cereal with milk, oatmeal, soup. All about 200 cals. That's relativley little. Good luck.
