Ht. 5'5, Wt. s:185 n:164.5 g:145 - Ok guys..this is getting confusing..I'm just gonna change my name to Celeste (its my Spanish name in school) so that its not so confusing cuz there are too many Sammy's. Anyways, I just wanted to say that i'm doing great on my weightloss. Ive lost 22.5 pounds now and ive lost another like inch and a half on my waist..i'm so excited! Good luck guys! *Celeste*

that inspired me really. thanks!. its so true we can eat junk whenever just limit how much. i think im bingeing purely cuz i think tahts my problem .s ometime si dont even want the food i eat. :(

Well first, before you start to diet, you really need to find the motivation...I just found it because I had already lost 3 or so pounds from being sick. Then slowly, you need to partially eliminate junk food. Say if you usually have a bag of potato chips when you come home from school everyday, try having half a bag of potato chips. Then after a week, eliminate it to everyother day and so on. Then, try your best to get coke out of your diet (even diet coke because the aspartame in it makes your appetite increase). Make sure you are getting enough fruits and veggies. What i did was go to the grocerie store with my mom a few times and pick out some fruits so she knew which ones to by. Personally, I love white peaches and mangos and also carrots are my favorites too. Water is also a big help. If you don't like it very much, get a flavored water like propel or Fruit2O that doesn't have any calories in it. Right now, Dance Dance revolution two times a day 6 or 7 days a week is my exercise cuz i burn usually 400 calories or more a day using it, but if you don't have a PS2, riding your bike, or rollerblading, or taking a power walk, or running/jogging are some good ways to get exercise. I didn't really count my calories, i just made sure i was eating the right foods and wasn't hungry all the time. Remember, you need to reward yourself at least once a week so that you realise you can have those foods that you love but are bad for you, you just need to limit your portions on them! (oh yeah, we are all human beings, and we all make mistakes, so even if you mess up, its never too late to start again!) Hope I helped! *Celeste*

HOW???????????????????? I can't lose more then 5 lbs then I gain it back because I binge :( Please tell me how you stick to it. Also how many calories have you been eating.
