They're not really NEGATIVE calories. It just takes more energy to for your body to burn them as fuel then the energy they already have within them.

Some negative calories foods: Vegetables: asparagus, beets, broccoli, cabbage (green), carrots, cauliflower, celery, chicory, chili peppers, cucumbers, garlic lettuce, onions, papayas, spinach,turnips, zucchini Fruits: apples, cranberries, grapefruit, lemons, mangos, oranges, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, tangerines
