Ht. 5'1, Wt. 143 - IM GANA LOSE 10 POUNDS BY OCTOBER 15. IM GOING TO EAT BETWEEN 1400-1600 CALORIES A DAY AND CUT ALL MY MEALS IN HALF. any suggestions on how to make this better? is thaat to much weight to loes in that amount of time?

u might wanna make it 1200, and switch, so that your body burns as many cals as u ate more or less of. also, just eat lean meats, no fried foods, and jog for 30-60 minutes a day.
