Ht. 5'5, Wt. 160 - hey um im kind of new here but i feel really bad about my weight and i want to be 103 pounds ASAP eevrything that i do is limited by my weight i cant go to the pool or beach and cant show off any of my clothes because nothing looks good on me and i always have a sweater on to hide all of it
some one plese help me i have tried diets before and they dont work

cassidy- dont walk?! walking is good! it is better to jog or run, but walking at a high speed is also very good to do.

Hey....103 pounds? I think that that's a bit low. You might want to talk to your doctor or even find your BMI weight range online to find a healthy weight for you. I know how it is to be embarrassed to walk around in a bathing suit, but by eating the right foods and stuff, you can lose the weight. You can do it.

i wish i weighed 160. i think for your height and weight, you should set your goal at 135. good luck
