okay...try to work out(cardio) 30-60 minutes a day, where your heart gets pumped up, and also, drink a lot of cold water when u haven't had a meal, like, when u haven't eaten, or won't eat in the next 30 minutes...also, try to stay away from sugar, and eat small, fist sized portions of food, no processed junk, no red meat, either, like more skinless chicken, and fish. Only 1-2 portions of lean red meat a week. Frozen yogurt, or just plin yogurt, plain vanilla. I hope i helped!

What are your eating habbits/ exercise routing like now? It would really help to know where to start.

well start by I dieting plain you no measure yourself out write down the weight you want to be atand where your at now oh and it might help if you had like a journal to keep what you ate how many cal and carbs it has or you could go threw your daily scheduele and find out what your doing thats unhealthy or when you could possibly have time to excercise oh yeah and speaking of excercising you should try ta carve at least 30 min aday doin whatever your favorite outdoor\indoor activity is or do what I do walk at the end of your block and back. it seems pointless now but it pays off in the long run drink plenty off water and cut back on foods that could possibly hender your weight loss process oh and last but certainly not least dont let no one absoulutly no one pull you down or stop you from reaching whatever dream\goal weight it is cuz they have no right to tell you how to live your life this is hatter sayin ITS ALL YOU!!.HATTER OUT PEACE
