Ht. 4' 11, Wt. 125 - doing better today:
breakfast- cereal
lunch hamburger (lean meat)
of course i havent eaten supper yet, but i havnt snacked!!! i wanna lose lose 15 lbs by january!!! does that sound realistic?

most definetly especialy if your eating as good as you say you are this is hatter sayin keep it up and you ll lose it by january hatter out

hey hun,you can lose so much more by January,if you eat right and exercise 30 to 45 minutes a day.Youll lose 15 pounds or more before November.Just hang in there babe!

I think you can lose more! because if you eat right and get 30 mins of activity a day u can lose 8 pounds or more in a month. That healthly yo lose that much! And January is 4 months away! Good luck
